Monday evening was a two hour work session for Corvallis City Councilors. It may have been the most productive two hours spent by this "body" in quite some time. The agenda for this work session included an overview of what the next fiscal year budget for the City of Corvallis would most probably look like.

In the audience were several Corvallis Budget Commission members. By their reaction to the content of the work session they appeared to be split on how they viewed and heard what was communicated by the Councilors, Mayor, Finance Director and City Manger Jim Patterson.
